Meet Your Collegiate Project Services Team

The following Collegiate Project Services staff members have been assigned to carry out the readiness assessment activities at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga .

Ken Quattlebaum

Ken Quattlebaum
B.S., Georgia Southern University

Since 1989, Ken Quattlebaum has been an information technology (IT) manager and project manager for higher education institutions.  Positions he has held include Associate Vice President for Technical Services, Consultant Project Manager, Senior System Analyst for Administrative Computing, and Computer Operations Manager.  Ken has 22 years experience with SunGard Higher Education Plus and Banner systems, and under his management and guidance, institutions have successfully installed major administrative systems, including financial accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, fixed assets, payroll, admissions, student records, financial aid, student accounts, alumni, and development.

 

John Graham

John Graham
B.B.A., Georgia State University

John Graham has 28+ years of experience in IT, management and leadership. John has worked within the University System of Georgia for twenty years as a business manager, information technologist and information technology manager.  Prior to employment with the University System of Georgia, John worked for a public school system in Georgia for 8+ years as an accountant, internal auditor and business manager.

 

Kay Roman

Kay Roman
PMP, Project Management Institute

Kay Roman draws upon a 25 year successful career in management, consulting, and a thorough understanding of project management and organizational dynamics.  Her depth of knowledge and experience helps Kay effectively guide clients through today's challenges.

For more than seven years, Kay has worked primarily with higher education institutions.  She has helped individual institutions as well as a university system develop information technology strategic plans.

Kay is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and brings her organizational development knowledge and experience to the discipline of project management.  She specializes in project team assessments and interventions, teamwork and leadership training, one-on-one leadership coaching, and leadership team facilitation to support the implementation of large-scale projects.  Kay also provides ERP project consulting and management, project scheduling, project communications planning and implementation, and project management training.

Mark McCatty

Mark McCatty’s well-rounded background includes proven experience in manufacturing,  production, and higher education.  He has the ability to maintain focus, provide clear direction, and communicate effectively with all levels of employees.  He has helped numerous organizations create high-involvement work environments and performance management systems.
