From the Vice Chancellor for Finance, Operations and Information Technology...

 

The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga has been selected by the University of Tennessee System to begin the full implementation of a new student information system.  The University of Tennessee at Knoxville and the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis will soon join UTC in an effort to make all UT campuses fully Banner integrated with a unified information technology operating platform.

We are pleased that Collegiate Project Services has been engaged to assist the campus with project management, while working collaboratively with our software vendor SunGard to ensure the highest level of quality and performance during our implementation process.  Upon completion of this project, UTC will be able to provide transformational and reliable student support services to enhance teaching, learning, and student access to critical information.  This state-of-the-art technology platform will further expand the excellence and quality of our service delivery with the application of on-demand services that provide students, faculty, and staff with powerful data-driven decision making tools and evaluation capabilities at their fingertips.
