Why Choose Collegiate Project Services For Coaching Assistance
Our one-on-one coaching services are different than others in two ways. First, our coaching approach is brief yet intense rather than drawn out over a long period of time. We believe that measurable results can take place in 90 days (after completing the diagnosis), and that most leaders don’t need long leadership development engagements. Second, we insist on articulating and incorporating specific measurable goals, both short-term and long-term, into the development plan. Most leadership coaches do not develop specific metrics that can be used to evaluate the success of the coaching. Last, unlike many leadership coaches in the marketplace, CPS has experience coaching leaders in higher education.
