Jennifer has led a variety of assessment and implementation projects in both public and private institutions during her eight-year tenure at Collegiate Project Services. Drawing from her background as a consultant, Jennifer has a deep understanding of the challenges and concerns that higher education institutions face during complex technology projects and strategic change initiatives.
Jennifer is the Vice President for Business Development at Collegiate Project Services. In this position, she is able to use her first-hand experience with enterprise software planning, selection and implementation projects to assist institutions of higher education in defining and reaching their goals around technology and organizational planning. |
Melissa Spears

Melissa Spears has more than 10 years in the higher education field with experience in enrollment management, student records, ERP selection, student athlete compliance, admissions, cultural development, and institutional accreditation. Her broad perspective comes from roles working at institutions and with a higher education software vendor.
Melissa is the Vice President for Service Delivery at Collegiate Project Services. In this position, Melissa works first-hand with our consultants and our client partners to ensure our engagements are successful and leverage our best practices from all our higher education experience. |
