ERP Project Manager Opportunities
We are growing and searching for certified project managers with experience in higher education, information technology, and ERP implementations.

Our Expectations for Project Manager Job Applicants
Our firm only employs experienced, professional project managers.  We expect our job applicants to have the following qualifications. 

1. Ability to work on-site with a higher ed institution four days per week (average 18 days/month)
2. Experience using modern project management tools and processes on IT projects
3. Credentials as a professional project manager (PMP certification preferred)
4. Experience with an ERP product in higher education (experience in implementing an ERP is preferred)
5. Good group facilitation skills
6. Outstanding people skills
7. A willingness to learn our methods and tools for managing ERP implementations in Higher Education

ERP experience can be with any higher education ERP product, such as those provided by SunGard HE, Oracle/PeopleSoft, SAP, Datatel, Jenzabar, and Campus Management.  We prefer experience in more than one ERP module, such as Finance, HR, Student and Financial Aid, and Advancement.  Experience with portal products, data warehousing, imaging, and ERP add-on software products (cashiering, reporting, etc.) is a plus.

Higher Education background can include someone who has worked in a higher ed institution (in either functional or technical departments on campus) or someone who has served as a consultant to higher ed.  Candidates with experience as a technical or functional consultant with one of the ERP providers are welcome; however, only if the candidate desires to enter a career as a project manager or project management consultant.     

Professional credentials can include certification as a project manager through graduate courses, through state agency certification processes, and the like.  We prefer applicants who are PMP-certified, and if you don’t have that certification, we would require you to attain the PMP during your first year with us.
