A team of consultants gathers critical information by facilitating focus groups and conducting one-on-one interviews with key administrative, technical, academic, and executive personnel.  An online questionnaire supplements the interviews allowing a greater portion of the institutional community to offer input regarding the project.  Information gathered is then analyzed and inserted into a Readiness Matrix as shown on the right.
