How long will this project take ?

The entire NeSIS project, from the initial planning to complete implementation of all modules will take approximately three years.  Right now our efforts are focused on several aspects of project planning, which will take place over the next seven months, from November 2007 thru May 2008.

This planning phase of the NeSIS Project includes identifying needed system features, preparing an RFP, conducting an RFP analysis to select a vendor, and completing an implementation readiness assessment.  Contract negotiations and other implementation planning will carry over thru August, 2008.
