Our Featured Tool for September 2008...
The process of identifying critical issues involves a
structured brainstorming exercise designed to
gain input and increase involvement in your project - increasing its chance to be successful. The
exercise draws upon the individual and collective
knowledge and experiences of a cross-functional and
diverse group of people who use their inputs to jump-start the planning process for the project.
This tool helps participants prepare for the session by
identifying tasks to be performed, questions to be
answered, potential risks or dangers associated with
the project, and assumptions that should be made.
